What we collect
Families: name, email, phone, area, children's ages (never names), schedule and preferences.
Babysitters: name, email, phone, area, age, experience, languages, availability, rate and bio.
Reviews are anonymous.
Why we collect it
To suggest suitable matches and contact you about your request or application. Optional, consent-based analytics also help us improve the website.
Who sees it
Only Carely administrators. We never sell your information. When a match is suggested, only the contact details needed for that match are shared.
Services we use
Secure website hosting and database, Google Sheets (an internal copy of submissions) and Gmail (to send emails).
How long we keep it
We keep your information for 6 to 12 months after our last contact, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing carely.il04@gmail.com.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, selected language, device type, traffic sources, form starts and successful submissions. Google processes browsing and device information, including online identifiers; analytics is not anonymous. We do not send names, contact details, children’s information or form answers. Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. Declining does not affect the service. You can withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. Google may process data outside Israel. We configure analytics cookies to expire after 60 days; Google Analytics retention must also be configured separately by Carely. See https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google’s policy.
